How to ask us to delete your information

1. Send a WhatsApp message to the number below.
2. Start the message with the words Delete my data.
3. Include your name and the address of the property, so we can find the right records.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

What happens next

We will review the request and reply on WhatsApp within one month. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Some records are kept where we are required to hold them, for example to manage a current tenancy, to evidence repairs and safety work, to answer a legal claim, or to meet accounting and tax obligations. If that applies, we will tell you which records we are keeping and why.
